Flavors are Home Made!

Strawberry,
Pineapple, Lemon,
Coconut, Banana, Vanilla, Root Beer, Grape, Lime, Lilikoi
(passion fruit), Orange, Honeydew, Melon, Mango, Raspberry,
Coffee, Watermelon, Bubblegum, Cotton Candy, Pinacolada,
Banana Cream, Lihing Mui, Lychee, and Cherry.

Combinations;
The Rainbow-combination of Strawberry,
Pineapple, and Lemon. Hawaiian Special-combination
of Pineapple, Coconut, and Banana. Matsumoto's
Special-combination of Coconut, Pineapple, and Lemon.

Create
your own combinations, you can have up to three (3) flavors of
your choice per Shave Ice.

For a
different twist to your Shave Ice try it with ice cream or
beans and or ice cream and beans. See below for more
information.

We use premium vanilla ice cream, and the
ice cream goes into the cone shaped cup first and then the Shave
Ice above it. |

|
"Azuki Beans" or red beans, it
comes from the Far East. We prepare them by boiling
till the beans softens, then we add some sugar. When we put
the Azuki beans in the Shave Ice they are sweet and chewy.
Like the ice cream the Azuki beans goes into the cone shaped
cup first then the Shave Ice above it. |
